In 2016, ESTA Holding reopened Kyiv Central Mall (TSUM) after four years of reconstruction efforts. The fully redesigned department store kept the façade of 1939, but underwent some essential changes inside. TSUM is Ukraine's first mall operating in the format of a modern department store.
ESTA Holding is also the owner of over 50 hectares of land.
